Well now all you interneters out there. Bin wonderin where I got to? It's bin a busy few months what with David's hip operation, visitors, Christmas and what-not. Although it's been very busy, I wouldn't have it any other way, well perhaps not the hip bit.
We're having some lovely rain after a very dry spell where we thought this was going to be a drought year. Summerfield is beautiful; green and lush.
Couple of photos of a water-lily in the pond.
See ya sooner rather than later o lovely ones.
Those are water lillies? How gorgeous! Don't know that I've ever seen flowers on them....but then I'm not too sure I've seen true water lillies in a domesticated garden either. Glad the sun is shining brightly for you!

Hello Barb. Thanks for popping in. I nearly missed this wee beauty. It just caught the corner of my eye as I was walking past. As you can see, there was a lot of plant growth in front of it. There's a famous painting by Monet of water-lillies in his garden in France. He had quite a few, I had the one!

Hi May - this is lovely. I sometimes wonder if there is anyone 'out there' reading these posts. Doesn't matter really as it's a bit of a diary but so lovely when there is a comment. Hope family all well. Love Connie
