I've been threatening for months to post a photograph with David in the outside shower and today's the day! We went on holiday in August and the place we stayed at had an outdoor shower. "I've got to have one of these." said ma boy! And so when we got home he got to digging up the garden, laying pipes, pebble tiles, lovely concrete seat, beautiful statue - sorry I can't get closer to show you all the finer details! It is marvelous though not to have to clean a shower!! Our visitors just love it. "Off to have a shower." they say as they wander through the house with a towel round their middle.
I was reading Cowboy's Wife this morning - www.cowboywife.blogspot.com, (welcome back from the Christmas festivities Cowboy's Wife) and she was relating the terrible, terrible winter weather she is experiencing in the Northern hemisphere. If you pop into my blog Cowboy's Wife, hope this will remind you that the sun does have heat in it, flowers are still blooming on this lovely planet and it won't be too many more weeks before it begins to leave us for you.
